Refund or Replacement:
We will process a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Damaged/Incorrect Order:
If your product meets any of the following criteria, we will be happy to replace it for you:
- The product itself is defective.
- The print quality is poor.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The final product is different from what was displayed on the website.
To request a replacement, please contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number and a clear picture demonstrating the issue with the product.
- Order Not Received:
If your item has not arrived within 30 days, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page to request a free replacement or a full refund of your purchase. Please note that this policy does not apply to errors made by customers in providing incorrect shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.
We will not process a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
The order could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete destination information provided by the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the associated costs if the package needs to be reshipped. - Damaged Order:
The product was damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.
Return:
As our products are custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns.
Order Modification or Cancellation:
You have a window of 12 hours after placing an order to request modifications or a cancellation via email at [email protected]. Once this time period has passed, we will have already begun working on your order, and it will not be possible to make any changes or cancel it.
