Product Replacement or Refund
If you receive a product that is not as ordered or has any verifiable issues, we will gladly send you a free replacement or process a full refund. All you need to do is contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and provide clear photos as proof. You do not need to return the product to us.

We will review your request and promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Change or Cancellation
To ensure fast delivery, orders are automatically locked for production 12 hours after placement. During this initial 12-hour window, you can email us at [email protected] to request changes or cancellations. After 12 hours, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Printing Errors
If the product you receive is flawed, has poor print quality, or differs significantly from the order screen, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund. Simply contact us with clear photos highlighting the issue, and our support team will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Missing Deliveries
If your item doesn’t arrive within 30 days (US) or 45 days (international), let us know through our Contact Us page, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item was printed as ordered, but you changed your mind.
  • The item has been worn, washed, or altered.
